House update..

So one of Eric's work buddy's is good at building stereos and agreed to build the back of the Z for Eric so we went over to there house today so they could work on it. Meanwhile the other wife and I went out looking at new homes. They live further away from the base in a pretty up and coming area so there are new homes being built ALL OVER out there. I had a blast! I absolutely love looking at model homes. We have to go back next weekend to finish his car and we'll keep looking. So we might be buying sooner then planned!! :) YAY!
The only thing I'm confused about is I don't know if we should spend the extra money and buy new, or get a much bigger house (that technically we don't need) for the same price, if not cheaper. I do like the idea of new (who doesn't?!) and being able to pick what we want and have the piece of mind of a warranty. You really don't know what you're going to get with a short sale or foreclosure.. There are just so many decisions!
Needless to say.. I'm pretty excited!
