
I think I can convince myself to get up and get to the gym everyday, at least just to do cardio, but it's really hard for me to know what's good and what's bad and how much to eat of what. So I think right now the point system would really help me. The only thing is it's $40 a month for the unlimited pass. It includes unlimited meetings and etools. It's hard for me to do it though because thats a lot of money to me. Hmm. I just don't know.

Girl its been 21 days for me and I've GAINED weight. That's even without saying that I was told by my doctor to lose 20 lbs. Just do your thing. Do whats good and comfortable for you.
