It's been a rough year, although so were parts of 2009. We moved here December 5th of 2009 and a year later I hate it. I know we could definitely be worse places, but I'm just over it. I can honestly say I miss Texas.. well the 'feel' of Texas anyway. It was more of a small town and surprisingly I kind of miss that. People were nice. People actually cared.
I have met some awesome women out here that have definitely become friends, but it's not the same as home. I miss my family. I miss my friends. I just miss home.
Tonight? I'm sitting here.. alone, unpacking. Fun stuff, right? Hopefully the hubs won't miss the holidays next year.
